Position Overview We are looking for a Software Test Automation Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will help develop and maintain our automated testing framework, ensuring the quality and reliability of our various modules including CRM, HR, Real Estate, and accounting features. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for web-based applications
- Create and execute end-to-end test scenarios across multiple modules
- Set up and maintain test automation frameworks and continuous integration pipelines
- Perform API testing for our integration services with platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Microsoft 365
- Conduct performance and load testing for cloud-based applications
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects
- Document test cases, results, and processes
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide QA insights during sprint planning
- Monitor and report on test coverage and quality metrics
- Support manual testing efforts when needed
- 2-3 years of experience in software test automation
- Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably JavaScript, Python, or Java)
- Experience with API testing tools (like Postman, REST Assured)
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing
- Understanding of agile methodologies
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with API testing and web services
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira)
- Knowledge of test management tools
- Understanding of cross-browser testing
- Experience testing SaaS applications
- Knowledge of ERP or HRMS systems
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter)
- Understanding of cloud platforms
- Experience with mobile testing
- Knowledge of security testing principles
- Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD)
