About The Company: ARA's Client is a global professional services company that helps organizations optimize operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance services. The Role: Infor WFM (workforce management) Location: Open (Anywhere in India) Key Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Conduct research and analysis to identify technology trends and best practices
- Develop and deliver technology consulting solutions to clients
- Lead and manage technology consulting projects
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor Workforce Management (WFM) & Financials & Supply Management(FSM)
- Strong understanding of financial management processes and systems
- Experience in implementing and configuring Infor WFM
- Any Graduate-15 years full time education
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infor WFM (Workforce Management)
