Role Overview: The primary objective of this role is to support the business’s growth initiatives by managing end-to-end transaction documentation for development projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional teams to draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including agreements for sale, MoUs, sale deeds, and other commercial contracts.
  • Prepare ATS, sale deeds, and other commercial contracts using established templates for projects.
  • Assist in negotiating agreements with project purchasers and resolving client queries.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of transaction documentation, ensuring execution and registration of agreements within specified timelines.
  • Coordinate the registration process for agreements, including managing prerequisites such as duty payments and party documentation.
  • Provide general legal counsel to the management team.
  • Offer advice on risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Support the legal team on additional matters as required.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate and RERA agreements.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Commercial acumen in contract review and negotiations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across functions.
Educational Qualifications:
  • LL.B. degree from a reputed university in India.
Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Extensive transactional experience with strong expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate and RERA agreements.
