Current Employees: 1400+ Website : Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, providing exposure to sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage.
