Job Title: Package Specialist - SAP BW HANA Analytics Location : Banaglore Job Type : Full-Time (Night Shift on Rotation Basis) Reports to : Hiring Manager Job Description : We are seeking a Package Specialist - SAP BW HANA Analytics to join our dynamic team at IBM. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of total professional experience, with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in SAP BW HANA Analytics and AMS (Application Management Services) support. You will play a key role in SAP BW Development within the SAP Dev Factory framework. The candidate must be able to work in a night shift rotation , and should be ready to attend an in-person interview at an IBM location based on account requirements. The selected candidate will be expected to report to the office on Day 1 post onboarding . Key Responsibilities :

• Development and Support : Develop, support, and optimize solutions within SAP BW HANA environments.
• SAP BW Dev Factory : Work within the SAP Dev Factory model to deliver high-quality solutions.
• AMS Experience : Provide ongoing Application Management Services (AMS) for SAP BW HANA applications.
• Collaborative Development : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of SAP BW HANA solutions.
• Night Shift Support : Be prepared to work night shifts on a rotational basis to meet business needs.

• Total Experience : 5 to 7 years in SAP-related roles.
• Relevant Experience : 5 to 6 years of direct hands-on experience with SAP BW and HANA Analytics .
• Mandatory Skills :
• SAP BW HANA Analytics expertise.
• Experience in SAP BW Developer role within the SAP Dev Factory framework.
• Proficient in AMS (Application Management Services).
• Availability : Must be flexible to work in night shifts on a rotational basis .
• Communication : Excellent communication skills for both team collaboration and client interactions.
• Interview : Available for an in-person interview at an IBM location as per account requirements.
