Implementation Engineer

Job Title : Implementation Engineer  Location : Chennai Job Type : Full-Time Job Description   We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Implementation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and management of software implementations for our clients. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, configure software solutions, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication will be vital in delivering customized solutions that meet client needs.  Key Responsibilities:  

• Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand business processes and gathering comprehensive requirements for the implementation. 
• Solution Design : Translate client requirements into tailored software solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and system limitations are considered. 
• Configuration : Configure software modules, workflows, automation rules, ticketing systems, user access controls, service catalogs, and other components based on client needs. 
• Data Migration : Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to the new platform, ensuring accurate, seamless transfer of data. 
• Integration : Work with clients to integrate software with third-party systems, tools, and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. 
• Customization : Develop custom scripts, applications, and extensions to enhance the platform’s functionality according to client-specific requirements. 
• Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct comprehensive testing of configurations, customizations, and integrations, resolving issues before deployment to ensure a smooth transition. 
• Training and Documentation : Provide training for end-users, administrators, and support teams to ensure proper use of the platform. Prepare detailed documentation on processes, configurations, and customizations. 
• Project Management : Partner with project managers to define and track implementation timelines, monitor project progress, and manage risks. Ensure that all implementations are completed on time and meet client expectations. 
• Technical Support : Offer post-implementation technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for any issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction. 
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices. Recommend improvements and optimizations to enhance performance and client satisfaction. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• (0-2)years of Experience setting up or configuring software solutions (any platform). 
• Knowledge of scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is helpful. 
• Ability to understand technical details and explain them clearly to clients. 
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Basic project management skills (ability to track progress, meet deadlines).
