Job Description : Vision Plus Business Analyst We are on the lookout for a Vision Plus Business Analyst with a strong background in hands-on experience using TRAMS, LMS and LTS, FAS, CMS, CDM, ASM. If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for crafting high-quality Business Analyst activities and a knack for configuration, we want to hear from you. Overall Responsibilities: Business Analyst with experience on Vision PLUS Business Analyst that can help Migrating existing processes to Vision PLUS and in mapping data sources Existing experience in accounts receivable and disputes Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes. Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions. Skills: Vision plus Business analyst. Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects Experience leading a team of BAs Exposure to different industries and domains Day-to-Day Activities: Lead the team in conducting stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering workshops Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency Collaborate with project teams to ensure project requirements are met Facilitate meetings and discussions between stakeholders to resolve issues Provide status updates to project stakeholders and management If you find this this opportunity interesting kindly share your updated profile on Muhammed.shan@syncheron.com With below details (Mandatory) Total Experience - Relevant Experience in Vision Plus- Current CTC- Expected CTC- Notice period- Current Location- If you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
