Job Title: Bulk Hiring Recruiter Location: Navi Mumbai Department: Human Resources Industry: BPO Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bulk Hiring Recruiter to join our HR team in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, and hiring large numbers of candidates in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies in the BPO sector. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions in the BPO industry (e.g., customer service, technical support, etc.)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet the qualifications.
  • Manage bulk interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Talent Pool Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for bulk hiring requirements.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
Candidate Experience:
  • Maintain a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage expectations effectively.
Reporting & Metrics:
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain records of candidates, including interview feedback, recruitment status, and sourcing channels.
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate status.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
  • Coordinate with various departments, HR teams, and recruitment agencies to ensure timely recruitment and smooth onboarding.
  • Participate in recruitment drives, campus hiring, job fairs, and other events to increase the talent pool.
Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and labor laws in the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure proper documentation for every hired candidate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s / master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 1-5 years in bulk recruitment or high-volume hiring, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of BPO recruitment trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.).
  • Ability to handle large-scale hiring events and bulk interviews effectively.
