What we are looking for Role: ServiceNow Developer CMDB Experience Range: 7 – 15 Years Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and IT Service Management as well as Release Management toolsets
- ITIL Foundation as a minimum, intermediate certificate desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and desire to achieve high levels of data accuracy.
- Passion for Service.
- Ability to think logically, analyse situations and problem solve.
- Some coding knowledge or experience would be useful
- Experience of working in a busy environment whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines
- Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and IT Service Management as well as Release Management toolsets
- ITIL Foundation as a minimum, intermediate certificate desirable.
