Find out more about us at The Position Organization : - Jubilant Ingrevia Limited Designation & Level: - Research Scientist- Chemical Research (L1) Location : - Greater Noida Key Responsibilities Active Participation and Leadership:

• Actively participate in SU/EB meetings.
• Take a lead role in stage gate meeting discussions, ensuring all critical points are addressedand decisions are made efficiently.

• Plan and organize day-to-day activities across the assigned group to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) to align on project goals, share updates, and resolve any inter-departmental issues.

• Manage activities based on project milestones to ensure all targets are met within the specified timelines.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.

• Engage in technical discussions on a daily basis within the group to troubleshoot issues, share knowledge, and drive innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance in all activities.

• Respond promptly to regulatory deficiencies, providing accurate and timely information to address any concerns.
• Ensure all developmental activities adhere to regulatory standards.

• Prepare and deliver project-wise technical presentations in weekly meetings to update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and next steps

• M. Sc / PhD
• 5 to 7 Years of Industrial Experience
• Proven experience in the development of Pharma and Agro intermediate molecules.
• Strong background in multi-step synthesis and diketene chemistry.
• Familiarity with GLP, sample preparation, impurity isolation, and characterization.
• Experience in literature search, route scouting, and process development.
• Ability to perform MOC, effluent studies, and economization.
• Skilled in handling complex chemistries and pressure reactions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
