Job description: Job Profile- English Language Assessor Job Location- (Work from Home) Working hours- 9:30 A.M TO 6:30 P.M Working Days- 6 Days working (1 weekly off) Salary Range- In Between Rs 25 K- 30 K CTC Monthly ( Based on Experience) Type: Full-Time-Contractual Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented English Language Assessor to join our remote team. In this role, you will assess students' academic papers and open-ended responses, ensuring accurate evaluation and providing constructive feedback. Key Responsibilities: Ø Evaluate Student Work: Assess K-12 and college-level essays, papers, and open-ended responses using client-provided rubrics. Ø Manual Grading Only: Provide 100% human-evaluated assessments—no AI or automated grading. Ø Adhere to Guidelines: Follow training materials, rubrics, and client instructions for consistent evaluation. Ø Deliver Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their writing and critical thinking skills. Ø Maintain Accurate Records: Track assessment progress and feedback while ensuring adherence to deadlines. Ø Collaborate with the Team: Communicate with project teams to align on scoring expectations. Ø Target Grading Volume: Grade 15-20 papers per day, ensuring quality and accuracy in assessments. Ø Commitment to Manual Grading: No AI or automated tools will be used for evaluation. Ø Attention to Detail: Ability to apply scoring rubrics consistently and fairly. Ø Independent Work Skills: Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. Ø Time Management: Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Requirements: ➤ Proficiency in English: Strong written communication skills and command on grammar, vocabulary, and academic writing. ➤ Experience in Grading: Prior experience assessing K-12/college-level academic writing is highly preferred. ➤ Prior Teaching Experience (Preferred): Experience in education or tutoring is a plus.
