Job Description We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Marketing professional to join our Mumbai office. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape our brand’s online presence, develop compelling digital content, and design immersive client experiences. The ideal candidate will be a digital marketing expert with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and enhancing client engagement. Key Responsibilities • Website Development: Lead the creation and optimization of a new website to elevate brand positioning and improve user experience. • Social Media & Content Strategy: Manage and create engaging content for LinkedIn and company newsletters to enhance client engagement and brand awareness. • Factory Live Tours: Conceptualize and execute innovative, interactive client experiences during live factory tours. • Virtual Tour Creation: Develop and implement immersive digital experiences, allowing clients to explore our production processes remotely. • Marketing Innovation: Continuously research and propose new digital marketing tools, including the use of AI, interactive strategies, and brand storytelling techniques to elevate our global presence. • Video Creation: Develop high-quality video content showcasing company operations, craftsmanship, and innovations. Required Technical Skills • Marketing & Communications Expertise: Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and content strategy. • Innovative: AI savvy, and willing to learn new tools and technologies. • Content Creation: Experience in producing high-quality digital content, including videos, websites, and newsletters. • Social Media Management: Proficiency in handling LinkedIn and other platforms to drive engagement. • Client Engagement & Storytelling: Ability to create compelling narratives and interactive experiences that captivate luxury audiences. • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and introduce innovative marketing strategies. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively across international teams. • Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
