We are looking for a Senior Web Designer (UI/UX) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing responsive, intuitive, and user-centered websites and dashboards that meet business goals and drive user engagement. This is a freelance opportunity, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web designs that enhance user experiences across platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of user-friendly websites and dashboards with a focus on responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create designs that align with both user needs and business goals .
- Design and maintain design systems for consistency across web platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs based on real user feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and dashboards.
- Optimize web design for mobile responsiveness , ensuring the designs work seamlessly across various devices.
- Work on data-driven dashboards with clear, engaging designs that make complex data easy to understand and interact with.
- Keep up with UI/UX trends and emerging technologies to apply innovative design solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on websites and dashboards for SaaS, Fintech, and B2B platforms.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision .
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web design and dashboard UI/UX design with an emphasis on user-centered design principles .
- Expertise in designing responsive websites that provide seamless user experiences on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Experience with designing data-heavy applications and dashboards, translating complex information into clear, engaging visuals .
- Solid understanding of user flow , information architecture , and interaction design .
- Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to design functional, user-friendly websites and intuitive dashboards .
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable designs.
- Experience creating designs that solve user problems while fulfilling business objectives .
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
