Project Manager - Agile & SaaS Product Development

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee agile and SAAS product development and support operations in India. This role requires strong project management expertise, technical leadership, and cross-functional coordination . You will work closely with engineering, QA, design, business analysts, and support teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects while maintaining agile best practices and regulatory compliance . Key Responsibilities Project & Agile Management

• Lead and manage multiple development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear technical project specifications and user stories.
• Implement Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) , facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, costing, and estimations .
• Maintain project scorecards and KPIs for performance tracking and reporting.

• Ensure coding best practices and software development standards are followed.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server .
• Strong understanding of relational database design and stored procedures .
• Guide teams on best practices for scalability, security, and cloud architecture .

• Mentor and train project managers, developers, and QA teams to build a strong, collaborative culture.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching new team members.
• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers to ensure project success.

• Collaborate with HR, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Development, and Support teams to align project milestones .
• Manage external vendors and technology partners , ensuring their deliverables align with project expectations.
• Oversee UI/UX initiatives, website development, and compliance-related projects.

• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 27001 , and security compliance standards.
• Work with QA and security teams to maintain product quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53).
• Drive process improvements and advocate best practices in project management .

• 6 to 10 years in project management within SaaS and software development environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Experience in managing distributed teams across different locations.

• Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) is required.
• SCRUM Master Certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, Jira, or equivalent ).
• Experience with .Net Core, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and Agile development .
• Knowledge of SaaS architecture, cloud deployment, and cybersecurity best practices .

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills .
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments .
• Experience in conflict resolution, risk mitigation, and strategic planning .
• Understanding of performance metrics and KPI tracking .
