  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as a positive ambassador for the company, ensuring candidates have a seamless and engaging recruitment experience from application to onboarding.
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and determine cultural fit while ensuring a consistent and fair recruitment process.
  • Collaborative Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and insights to continuously optimize strategies and improve the hiring process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand by promoting our culture and values through compelling job ads, social media, and community engagement.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared for success.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in [industry] or a related field.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a high volume of candidates.
