Your day at NTT DATA The Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L4) / Technical Lead is an advanced engineering role involved in highly complex environments for installation, configuration and fault management. They provide technical support to clients. This includes remotely supporting clients within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to install and configure software and hardware, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis and adhere to any related processes such as change management. This role is also required to provide technical leadership to the team supporting client installations. What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities:
- Interacts with clients on site to meet more complex requirements of a solution.
- Escalates unresolved problems and issues to the relevant third parties.
- Delegates lower complexity tasks to engineers and technicians.
- Assumes responsibility for the coordination of the activities of the engineers, in line with performance targets, leading by example and monitoring the quality of engineer's and technician's work when required.
- Writes reports and proposals and completes and maintains project documentation.
- Assists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
- Acts as coach and mentor to more junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.
- May be required to serve periodically on the customer service desk, providing fourth line telephonic, remote and on-site support and problem management.
- Participates in complex design work, with input to the design expected.
- Takes ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.
- Performs any other related task as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent together with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent.

- Cisco ISE Certification
- Cisco Wireless Certification
- Cisco Catalyst Centre Certification (DNAC)
- Cisco SDWAN certification
- Meraki certification
- Aruba Campus or Routing and Switching certification
- Aruba Central Certification
- Aruba ClearPass Certification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role or technical implementation engineering role
- Extensive experience implementing Cisco and Aruba wired and wireless enterprise networks
- Extensive experience in client engagement and delivering presentations
- Proficient in project administration and documentation
- Skilled in report writing
- Advanced expertise in project management
- Advanced understanding and appreciation of technical design and business principles.
- Demonstrates advanced project management and administration ability.
- Advanced project skills which are demonstrated in the execution of installations and other assignments.
- Demonstrates excellent customer engagement skills.
- Demonstrate advanced domain specialist knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
