Company Details: Location: Jurong East (Westgate) OR East (Paya Lebar) Days: 5 days, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Scheme Hybrid work arrangement after performance stability Job Details: Conduct business development to acquire new clients through cold calling. Management and servicing of new & existing client accounts to increase/maintain market share. Understand client’s manpower/HR needs and provide business solutions. Establish and maintain good relationships with both clients and candidates to achieve high retention. Drafting and posting of job advertisements on various job portal platforms. Fulfillment of job orders – source, interview and assess potential candidates according to clients’ job order requirements. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Management.
