Responsibilities Responsible for processing monthly worker's payroll (timecard), CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission and processing project labour costings. Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes. Handle Work Passes (Work Permit, SPs, EPs) administration, including application, renewal, and cancellation. Handle Factory Converted Dormitory issues. Administer employees' leave, attendance, welfare, and benefits. Assist in HR matters, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management exercises. Submission of all government claims. Prepare monthly HR reports. Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking employees with HR guidelines. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Preferably experience in a Construction Company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
