We are currently seeking an Information Technology Executive to join our vibrant team at our Office in Singapore. Skills and Experience: As an Information Technology Executive, you bring a cutting-edge blend of innovation, a results-driven approach, and a fervor for advancing technological solutions to our dynamic IT team. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in steering our technology initiatives to new heights. Provide hands-on technical support to our Area Support Office teams, resolving hardware and software-related issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with the IT team to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure. Monitor and respond to IT service requests, adhering to service level agreements and providing excellent customer service. Support the installation and configuration of new hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Assist in user training and documentation to ensure proficient technology usage by hotel staff. Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to operation. Maintain accurate IT inventory records and assist in the procurement of hardware and software resources. Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, providing recommendations for technology improvements and optimizations. Requirements: Proven IT support and troubleshooting experience. Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical issues. Strong communication and customer-centric interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to embrace new technologies. Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications. Basic understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
