Job Description You will support the various initiatives in the Division of Medicine and the Medicine Academic Clinical Programmes (ACP) by providing administrative support to the Departments in their pursuit of education, research and clinical care missions. You will also continuously review projects to improve patient care and safety, as well as processes to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Division. Responsibilities Facilitate or drive Quality Improvement projects through application of appropriate quality improvement tools, and management of project progress to achieve desired outcome Drive, facilitate and promote the integration of successful quality improvement initiatives and hospital research outcomes into routine clinical practice Assist in supporting the Division and/or assigned departments on strategic planning, including preparation of annual learning plans, workplans and execution, when approved Provide secretariat support to Division, committees and assigned projects to ensure proper documentation at meetings and prompt follow-up on matters arising Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings to initiate agenda items after consultation and facilitate discussions with the relevant Chairperson and stakeholders Ensure that both internal and external seed funding for proposals are administered in a timely manner. Administering of funds from the process start to end, having oversight of the timeline. Ensure accurate and prompt tracking of all disbursement of funds, and reimbursements, and tally back to the monthly Statement of Account. Providing administrative support to applicants of funds and adherence to funding timeline. Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Degree in any discipline with preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially in advanced MS Excel) Good writing skills, meticulous and organised with good planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and supervise junior administrative staff. Experience in healthcare setting or with Quality Improvement and Innovation background will be an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
