As we start 2025, there is major ongoing demand for Employment Law Solicitors. We are seeking expressions of interest from ambitious Employment Solicitors looking to advance their careers in 2025 by making a lateral move. We are recruiting at Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate, Of Counsel and Salary Partner level for Employment . Our clients are leading Irish [large, mid-tier, boutique] and International [new, recent entrants & established] firms. Huge opportunities to advance your career, progress by moving and increase your earnings and working conditions. Also, significant interest in speaking Senior Employment Law Solicitors at Salary Partner/Junior Partner/Fixed Share Partner/Equity Partner level for senior level lateral opportunities. Law Firms also open to speaking to qualified Employment Solicitors currently In-House [Employment Counsel] looking to transition back to Private Practice to accelerate their career. Ideally, you will have experience in the most/all of the following;
  • 1-6 year+ PQE in Irish Employment Law [Contentious & Non-Contentious], Employer side
  • Solicitors will ideally have experience and/or trained with Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique Employment law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK
  • TUPE, contentious and corporate assistance in TUPE related matters
  • Corporate transactions and TUPE law.
  • Advising on a wide range of employment issues such as; managing dismissals, defending High Court injunctions and WRC claims, workforce restructuring, discrimination, workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, performance management, enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants, employment financial services regulatory issues, gender pay gap compliance, managing sickness absence and other day to day employment issues;
  • Claims before the WRC [Workplace Relations Commission] and Labour Court
  • Guiding and advising clients through current, pending employment legislation and regulation and delivering pragmatic and flexible solutions
  • Candidates will have excellent technical knowledge of all current/impending Irish employment legislation and case law .
