We are looking for an Application Support Analyst (Core Banking/Silverlake). You will be expected to be able to work both independently and as part of a support team. Responsibilities Be a subject matter expert in Core Banking Filter, prioritise and validate issues Recommend solutions & resolve issues, working with L2 & L3 support teams Perform root cause analysis Provide source compare and produce SIT test result Attend to production EOD support call Provide UAT support Requirements Degree in Technology 3 years of experience in application development for Silverlake Core Banking domain End-user expertise on Silverlake Core Banking Experience with CIF, remittance, deposits & loans, trade finance AS/400 domain technical knowledge is advantageous Strong analytical skills and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
