We are now looking for a dynamic individual to join us as Business Intelligence Manager to be based in Singapore. Your Focus As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a key role in analysing, reporting business performance data and providing actionable insights to inform management decisions. You will collaborate with multifunctional teams to integrate data from various sources, ensuring a holistic view of the business. Additionally, you will turn complex data into predictive models to forecast future growth and identify opportunities for new business and improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and ensuring data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization. How You Will Contribute- Work closely with business leaders to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain data models/systems, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking studies to assess market positioning.
- Support to the necessary activities for development, review, and implementation of Taste (Flavor) growth strategy plans.
- Collect, extract and analyze complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- Use analytics to derive critical understanding of business nuances and derive impactful business conclusions and possible action plans.
- Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions that drive business value.
- Develop and maintain regular reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly) that provide actionable insights on business performance, operations, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest data-driven solutions to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Explore new business opportunities/model for white space expansion.
- Develop predictive models to forecast future growth and identify opportunities for business innovation and improvement.
- Develop new analytic tools for decision making. Drive projects on digitalization to support commercial team for process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8-10 years' experience in Data analysis/ Business Intelligence, preferably within the Flavors Industry.
- High proficiency in Sales Force, BI tools, databases, and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Regional experience.
- Data driven mindset and strong analytical skills with experience in using internal, primary and syndicated research/data, market and competitive analysis.
- Ability to solve complex business problems using data. Proactive in delivering actionable business insights and solutions from complex processes.
- Attention to Detail - High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly.
- Ability to influence and a strong negotiator.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently across various time zones.
