Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Saudi Arabia market, based in Dubai.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and objectives, ensuring profitability and growth.
  3. Influence and motivate distributors to improve execution of approved plans.
  4. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and local key opinion leaders in medical and beauty sectors.
  5. Drive the local portfolio of Filorga to meet consumer needs while adhering to Saudi Ministry of Health constraints.
  6. Ensure distributor compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
  7. Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage operational costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  8. Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and media interviews.
  9. Lead marketing efforts to effectively position the brands in competitive markets, including digital marketing strategies and partnerships.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role with a strong commercial focus.
  3. Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
  4. Prior experience of Saudi market.
  5. Keen to travel frequently as required.
  6. Significant experience in medical visits and/or pharmacy dispensing, ideally in Saudi, with a deep understanding of skincare/cosmetics and/or aesthetics markets, including regulatory environment.
  7. Demonstrated strategic leadership and the ability to inspire a hands-on approach to ensure high performance.
