Key Account Manager - Oncology - Riyadh BIOPHARMA

Job Title: Key Account Manager Oncology Country: Saudi Arabia Locations: Riyadh Job Purpose: To meet the key performance indicators for executing the strategic directions and goals by promoting and providing access to our products to healthcare professionals in accordance with company guidelines and policies. Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Territory management through planning and operating a territory by executing field activities, coverage, frequency, and doctors group meetings objectives with proper reporting as per the guidance of the sales manager.
  2. Account mapping by identifying relevant stakeholders who can identify and/or act on patients' unmet medical needs to ensure proper implementation of different functional plans.
  3. Customer engagement through using Biopharma-MEA values, disease area, product knowledge, skills, and allocated resources effectively to identify and satisfy unmet patient needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful strategy execution to achieve successful product launch and patient access to medication.
  5. Execute the appropriate call flow to the appropriate customer.
  6. Complete administrative tasks timely.
  7. Represent the company, team, and personal good image.
  8. Compliance with all company policies, regulatory agencies, state, and national law is required.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
  2. Valid Saudi Commission For Health Specialties License.
  3. Valid Driving License.
  4. Considerable proven commercial experience and successful track records of product enlisting and achievements for at least two years in the pharmaceutical industry.
  5. Excellent negotiation skills.
  6. Experience in oncology and hematology therapy areas is a definite plus.
  7. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  8. Good command of computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  9. Demonstrate strong selling skills and possess flexible interpersonal skills that tend to collaborate to achieve the goals.
  10. Strong commitment to timelines and task achievements.
  11. Problem-solving skills. Able to analyze situations and identify rising issues, seek solutions, and provide options for decision making.
  12. Identify opportunities and challenges and communicate them effectively to management.
  13. Demonstrate the good values of integrity, respect, accountability, excellence, ownership, and teamwork.
  14. Tendency to exert extra effort in the territory to achieve the territory goals.
