About the role Food People has partnered with a leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia to hire a dynamic and energetic Sales Manager for the entire Saudi region for the TT Channel, to be based in Riyadh. Key responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  2. Identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance the company's presence in the region.
  3. Building and managing a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive results.
  4. Leading and managing a team of RSMs as well as over 200 salesmen.
  5. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  7. Traveling across Saudi Arabia to ensure proper communication and execution.
  8. Developing and managing sales operating budgets.
Key Ingredients:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, and/or related field.
  2. 14+ years of sales experience in the region, specifically in traditional trade and wholesale channel.
  3. MUST be from FMCG and direct distribution.
  4. Proven experience in achieving sales targets and leading large teams.
  5. Solid communication skills.
  6. MUST be Arabic-speaking.
