For more information about Alpin please visit Reports Directly to: General Manager – KSA Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all visa and immigration matters for KSA Branch, including the related online platforms such as GOSI, QIWA, Mudad, etc.; visit and communicate with governmental authorities and ministries as requested and needed (MOL, MOFA, Embassies, etc.);
  2. Ensure that all official company and employee documents including but not limited to the Saudization, WPS, GOSI, etc. are valid and up to date;
  3. Ensure that company and employees are in compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia;
  4. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures;
  5. Procure, manage, and maintain the annual health insurance policy for employees;
  6. Draft and circulate HR related letters (salary changes, promotions, job offers, terminations, etc.);
  7. Maintain accurate employee records (employees' leaves, absence, end of service, employment contracts renewal dates, etc.) in electronic and paper form and in accordance with the authority and Alpin Corporate HR policy requirements;
  8. Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting preparation, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and facilitating the candidate interview with the operation and management team;
  9. Conduct onboarding/offboarding activities, including new hire orientation, paperwork processing, and employee equipment setup;
  10. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits;
  11. Manage Alpin’s KSA internship program;
  12. Manage the company events;
  13. Provide the required support for the admin and the IT teams; develop the job offers and employment contracts, ensuring they are aligned with governmental regulations and company policies.
HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:
  1. In addition to your responsibility towards following ALPIN’s Integrated Management System, every employee at ALPIN is required to familiarize themselves with ALPIN’s Environmental Impact Assessment and contribute towards minimizing their individual environmental impact in the course of their work;
  2. It is the duty of all employees to act within the legal responsibilities imposed upon them and the Company’s Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety policies. All employees must familiarize themselves with the Company’s Integrated Management System’s policies and procedures.
Skills:
  1. Minimum 2 years experience in the HR field;
  2. University degree in Business, English, Law, Human Resources or similar;
  3. Work experience in a professional office environment (preferably in a construction, engineering, or consulting company);
  4. Excellent Arabic and English (oral and written);
  5. Strong command of English grammar;
  6. Presentation skills;
  7. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  8. Highly independent and self-directed with a strong work ethic;
  9. Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
  10. Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  11. High degree of empathy and emotional intelligence;
  12. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics;
  13. Enjoys collaborative team environments, particularly within close-knit, entrepreneurial, and technical teams;
  14. Local driving license and independent transportation are a MUST;
  15. Proficient in IT with strong computer skills, including software installation, and hardware;
  16. Must have good “attention-to-detail” skills;
  17. Excellent phone and communication skills;
  18. Digital literacy is a plus.
