Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise preservation and maintenance activities, and workmen at Al Shamal STP site located in Al Shamal.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily planned tasks of the maintenance team.
- Conduct inspections and provide reports on equipment status.
- Upload maintenance works done photographs, and report through the EAMS portal.
- Carry out inspections with stakeholders/clients during their visits to the plant.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance works for static and rotary equipments.
- Minimum qualification: ITI certification in Mechanical or a related field.
- Strong technical and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work in compliance with projects, systems, requirements, and timelines.
- Prior GCC/O&M experience will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage a team of 15 persons, assigning tasks, monitoring, and controlling site activities, and uploading reports as guided by the engineer.
