We are hiring for our client - Duranta Infotech company. Overview The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our IT staffing, solutions, and services. Operating in the dynamic and competitive market of the UAE, the individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while cultivating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients. This position demands a proactive approach to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and enhance the organization's market presence. By employing a comprehensive understanding of IT trends and staffing solutions, the Business Development Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams to align client needs with our services, ultimately leading to successful project execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in sales and business development who can navigate the complexities of the IT sector and deliver tailored solutions to meet diverse client requirements. As the face of the company, the Business Development Manager must embody our values and objectives, ensuring that client satisfaction is always a top priority. Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.

  6. Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients tailored to their specific needs.
  7. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure profitable agreements.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.

  10. Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company.
  11. Provide feedback to the marketing team on competitive insights and industry trends.
  12. Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to promote services.

Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
  3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT staffing or services.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  5. Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and staffing industry trends.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  8. Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  9. Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule.
  10. Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and client demands.
  11. Willingness to travel as needed within the KSA.
