Job Description Summary : As Modality Leader, you will drive all activities needed to achieve and exceed sales targets for the PCS Clinical Accessories portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the go-to person for all topics related to the PCS Clinical Accessories modality across segments and will report to the General Manager Diagnostic Cardiology & PCS Clinical Accessories EAGM. Responsibilities :
  • Building long-term customer relationships and maintaining a high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Driving the sales of PCS Clinical Accessories product lines.
  • Collaborating with the Modality Managers to define the marketing plan and associated budget for the region, ensuring its execution and return on investment.
  • Preparing and coordinating responses to tenders and validating tender documents in collaboration with the sector tender team.
  • Effectively monitoring the market and providing up-to-date data and accurate forecasts using available tools.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to maximize sales potential and share leads with the appropriate colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s quality policies and processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in medical/biomedical or healthcare area.
  • Relevant sales experience in the healthcare industry (preferably clinical accessories product segment).
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and a desire to grow new business.
  • Experience in understanding customer needs and business drivers and using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies (knowledge of the existing account areas/channels would be advantageous).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication skills.
  • Persistence in developing prospects and customers, and ability to close business.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Self-starter, able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to communicate using English and Arabic languages.
