Job Summary: The Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development will be responsible for driving the growth and market expansion of the consulting firm. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong understanding of the consulting industry, excellent sales and marketing expertise, and a proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that increase revenue and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Lead the sales team to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities across various sectors. • Drive the creation of customized proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  2. Business Development: • Identify new markets and opportunities to expand the company’s footprint. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across industries. • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance business growth. • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for prospective clients.
  3. Marketing Strategy & Brand Building: • Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness. • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones. • Manage digital marketing, content creation, and thought leadership initiatives. • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. • Build and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams. • Foster a collaborative environment across sales, marketing, and operations. • Develop performance metrics and ensure the team is aligned with business objectives.
  4. Client Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients. • Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. • Ensure the delivery of superior client service by collaborating with delivery teams.
  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting: • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track sales, marketing, and business development efforts. • Provide regular performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience (8+ years) in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably within the consulting or professional services sector.
  2. Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities with a focus on business growth.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.
  5. Expertise in marketing strategy, market positioning, and lead generation.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
