We are currently looking for a Senior Wealth Manager. The Senior Wealth Manager will act as the dedicated point of contact for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and the investment banking client segment, ensuring prompt delivery of a high-quality banking experience in compliance with regulatory guidelines. The incumbent will be responsible for augmenting service delivery and business development efforts of the HNWI & Investment Banking section, including but not limited to product sales, income generation, acquisition and retention of clients, investment analysis, arranging optimal financial solutions, and resolving client issues. Achievement of business development targets annually as per top management directions is expected.   • Contribute to the overall HNWI & Investment Banking Clients Relationships strategy and annual business growth plans. Update self on current industry trends, economic events, and regulatory changes.
  • Develop and maintain robust working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and capitalize on functional and operational needs.
  • Represent Lesha at internal and external events, as directed by the Section Head, ensuring optimization of business opportunities.
  • Conduct strategic reviews with existing and target customers to assess their future financing needs and align the Bank’s products accordingly.
  • Develop business from new and existing clients through strategic penetration into identified markets across the entire portfolio spectrum.
Operational
  • Implement efficient client retention strategies, supporting sales efforts targeted at the HNWI & Investment Banking client segment.
  • Assist the Section Head in coordinating efforts with respective product units and marketing to enhance product bundling capabilities.
  • Monitor the financial standing and profitability of client accounts to analyze performance and suggest suitable means to augment earnings.
  • Liaise with stakeholders in arranging deals and other investment products for Banking clients.
  • Engage in continuous identification and analysis of competitive insights for leveraging HNWI & Investment Banking client sales channels.
  • Contribute towards periodic client profiling for better understanding of the current client base and prospect acquisition.
  • Manage complex relationships independently and deliver a full range of products with confidence.
  • Ensure strong communication with all interdependent divisions and proactively initiate cross-selling where opportunities arise.
  • Seek customer feedback, manage complaints, and address these to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the bank.
  • Provide regular reports to management on new customer pipeline and follow-up activity.
  • Maintain a corporate database to provide current and historical client information.
  • Manage assigned risk assets portfolio in line with standards of quality and profitability.
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality and timely service to clients.
  • Assess business, financial, and economic risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and execute a calling program to evaluate risk and maximize potential to cross-sell products.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 10 years of total experience in the financial services or banking industry.
  • Experience with HNWI clients and a strong understanding of the global banking industry.
  • Bilingual speaker preferred (Arabic & English).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Banking, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Strong portfolio of HNWI clients.
  • Ability to raise large sums of capital in the local market.
