Job details

Job Responsibilities:

  1. All types of miscellaneous support activities.
  2. Rack installation, including equipment servers, chaises, etc.
  3. MDF & Fiber ODFs.
  4. Cable ladders for power AC and DC.
  5. Runway & cable tray works for fiber and copper.
  6. Copper cable works.
  7. Tag blocks, patch panels, and ODFs.
  8. Rearrangements.
  9. Providing earth distribution.
  10. Assist in planned diversion & migration such as cabinet, racks, ODFs, MDFs.
  11. MDF, cabinet, and rack expansion.
  12. Subscriber cable, fiber layouts, and rearrangements.
  13. Patch cord laying, testing, and termination.
  14. Fiber related activities.
  15. RLUs, MDF, and ODF records and labeling with all types of patching and testing.
  16. RLU and telecom room cleaning.
  17. Recovering old equipment.
  18. Dismantling unused racks and equipment.
  19. Transport recovered equipment to main stores.
Skills and Qualifications: Telecom Senior Technician (4 resources)
  1. Diploma/equivalent in Telecom Engineering.
  2. 3 years & above in the same field.
  3. Computer Skills: MS Office, PP, etc.
  4. Qatari Driving license.
  5. Experience in Qatar.
  6. Professional in duties.
  7. Good communication skills.
  8. Able to work individually or in groups.
  9. Understand Arabic and fluent in English.
Technicians (4 resources)
  1. Higher Certificate or equivalent.
  2. 2-3 years in the same field.
  3. Computer Skills: MS Office, PP, etc.
  4. Qatari Driving license.
  5. Experience in Qatar.
  6. Professional in duties.
  7. Good communication skills.
  8. Able to work individually or in groups.
  9. Understand Arabic and fluent in English.
