Aventus are partnered with a leading organisation who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving the acquisition of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) interested in obtaining citizenship or residency through real estate investment. Role Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and attract HNWIs for citizenship or residency through investment
Propose pricing, sales strategies, and promotional campaigns to ensure the program’s visibility and success.
Build strategic relationships with individuals ideally from financial services backgrounds such as wealth managers, private banks, and investment advisors to generate leads.
Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing continuous support throughout the visa application process.
Represent global business forums and industry events to network and establish partnerships with high-profile clients and organizations.
Proactively identify and engage potential HNWIs looking to invest in residency programs.
Collaborate with external consultants, law firms, and private client advisors to create tailored offers for clients.
Leverage digital marketing channels and personalized outreach to expand the client base.
Ensure that all client interactions and transactions are conducted in full compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines for residency by investment programs.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, lead generation, and program success.
Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingl y.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, wealth management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience preferred in real estate with a focus on HNWIs.
Proven experience in business development and sales in the real estate or financial services sector, particularly in citizenship/residency by investment programs.
Strong network within real estate development, wealth management or private banking sectors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
