MEP Foreman

Job Title: MEP Foreman Job Summary: The MEP Foreman / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. The role includes supervising site activities, ensuring work quality, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers to complete projects efficiently. What you will do?

• Supervise and coordinate MEP works, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire fighting systems.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead and guide a team of MEP technicians and workers.
• Monitor daily work progress and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Inspect installations and ensure compliance with design drawings and safety protocols.
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain daily work reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Qatari construction codes and industry standards.

• Diploma or certification in MEP, Electrical, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Foreman/Supervisor in construction or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with Qatari construction codes and regulations.
• Experience in the GCC region, especially Qatar.
• Certification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar).
• Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).
