- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required As a Supervisor, you will:

  1. Strive to plan beyond your own needs, ensuring the sufficient resourcing of your function.
  2. Identify training needs, stay on top of absence & performance management, and coach your department to engender a greater culture of productivity.
  3. Supervise day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality, performance, and member experience of either Inbound or Outbound FC operations.
  4. Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  5. Understand safety procedures, ensuring safe working practices and documenting accidents/incidents timely.
  6. Prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines.
  7. Exhibit professional behavior while coping well with ambiguity and change.
  8. Drive results and approach obstacles proactively.
  9. Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistently.
  10. Sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans.
  11. Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts, and the entire organization.
  12. Work closely with HR, Facilities, Safety, and IT to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.
  13. Track production metrics and utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and reporting to management.
  14. Assist with the establishment of long-term operational strategic plans.
  15. Mentor, provide training and development to optimize performance, creating organizational depth and individual growth.
  16. Recognize top performance, coach, and apply progressive discipline for poor performance.
  17. Propose and implement improvements in equipment and processing methods.
  18. Conduct timecard reviews daily and weekly to ensure pay accuracy.
  19. Perform other duties with flexibility as assigned, rotating to other shifts/departments and working extended hours and holidays as needed.
  20. Arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes after the end of shift to complete pass downs, reports, and timecard reviews.
