Job Title: Fleet Officer (Rental Car) Experience: 2 - 3 years Location: Dubai Job Description:

  • Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, inside and outside, at all times and that the organization stickers are visible.
  • Support the implementation of user-friendly tools for movements & maintenance planning.
  • Handle annual vehicle inspection and insurance renewal for each vehicle, and manage insurance cases in case of any accidents or incidents.
  • Maintain a logbook of vehicle movement, mileage, servicing, petrol consumption, and general vehicle condition.
  • Avail different vehicles as per the request on a daily basis and decide the appropriate vehicle type for requested transport service.
  • Ensure the vehicle arrives in good condition and that the driver holds a valid driving license to provide the required transport service, and ensure drivers provide services as per requirements.
  • Assist with vehicle registration and procurement of maintenance services.
  • Ensure periodic repair and maintenance services are made for each vehicle and ensure vehicles are parked in a safe place.
  • Regularly collect log sheets from drivers and maintain and update vehicle files on a monthly basis.
  • Any other duties suitable to the task and commensurate with ability.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the same field/industry in a similar role. Minimum 2 years experience in UAE. Mandatory: Should hold a UAE Driving License. Educational Qualification: Any degree, diploma, or equivalent academic qualification. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED 3,000.00 - AED 3,500.00 per month Preferred Experience:
  • Fleet executive/officer: 2 years
  • Rental car: 2 years
