Job details
Responsibility to assist with the running of the Restaurant and Café, including both kitchen and all Front of House Duties. This includes assisting the Line Manager with planning and pricing menus, management of preparation and cooking of all foods and beverages to adhere to agreed prices/budgets, and maintaining applicable quality standards and records. You will also have delegated responsibility for ordering and obtaining supplies, quality control, and management of team members, subject to the guidance of the Line Manager. Assisting the Line Manager with ensuring compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation, organizational and quality requirements, and working policies and procedures.
