We are collaborating with an award-winning liquidity and technology solutions company that is on the hunt for a driven and results-oriented FX Business Development Professional to expand their institutional client base. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in FX liquidity sales, who thrives on closing high-value deals and building strong relationships in the industry. Location: Remote hybrid/ Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + performance-based incentives Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Institutional Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Lead Generation & Market Research: Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads using advanced sales techniques, targeting sectors such as FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto.
- Industry Representation & Networking: Represent the company at global financial events, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and delivering compelling presentations.
- Expanding IB Networks: Identify and recruit top-performing Introducing Brokers (IBs), designing incentive programs to grow the IB network.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activities, generate performance reports, and provide strategic market insights.
- Experience & Expertise: At least 5 years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close large deals, exceed sales targets, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of FX liquidity, trading platforms, and market dynamics, with a robust network of institutional clients (e.g., banks, hedge funds, prop trading firms).
- IB Expansion Skills: Previous experience in working with and expanding Introducing Broker (IB) relationships.
- Sales & Negotiation Mastery: Exceptional ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals, with persuasive communication skills.
