FF&E and Interior Designer

Skills & Experience:

• Outstanding creative talent with a high level of commitment and attention to detail
• Degree or recognized qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end hospitality projects
• Strong knowledge of detailing, both contemporary and classical
• Understanding of supporting consultant disciplines and ability to steer them in the project’s best interest
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong task and time management abilities
• Ability to effectively coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders while building strong professional relationships
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, graphic presentation software, and MS Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on project context and client brief, developing a strong design narrative
• Zoning and space planning to create functional and aesthetically refined layouts
• Source, edit, and compile images that define the project’s aesthetics and ambiance
• Select and curate mood imagery, FF&E, finishes, and material palettes
• Assist in the preparation of presentation decks
• Coordinate with 3D visualizers for the production of presentation renderings
• Develop designs and coordinate with both internal teams and external consultants
• Review vendors’ shop drawings and sample submissions
• Attend project meetings and site visits
