- Assisting the Director of Engineering and Assistant Chief Engineer with technical expertise for all assignments
- Handling team schedules and their task management to ensure meeting the timelines for the project
- Overlooking all the admin tasks and tools that the department requires to run efficiently
- Supporting all departments for their requests and requirements for smooth operations
- Proven track record in a similar job role for at least 2 years in a 5 Star Resort in UAE
- Resort experience is preferred
- Technical education background and related diplomas
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a busy work schedule
- Team player who can get things done and continuously work on team skill development
- Strong admin and IT skills for reporting and related tasks
