The successful candidate will be responsible to learn to operate all equipment in the bottling area, operate a forklift as required, assist in line changeovers and perform level one PM's while maintaining a high level of safety and quality awareness. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties/responsibilities of this job.Our number one focus is offering fantastic service and as such we're looking for high calibre individuals to join our busy Contact Centre as Customer Service Agents.We are a non-sales environment Contact Centre and deal with inbound calls only. Our Customer Service agents are responsible for every aspect of our customers' experience, from the initial processing of orders right through to handling enquiries. We receive contact through a range of channels such as telephone, post, email and social media.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist other technicians/departments as needed.Compliance with all training, quality, compliance and safety policies, practices and procedures.All other responsibilities assigned by Lead or Manager.Analyze and implement projects subject to the U.S. Export Control Laws.QualificationsEducation/Training/Certifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Related Experience: Entry level.
