Motivate Media Group is looking for driven and enthusiastic Media Sales Executives to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to be part of an innovative and dynamic organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients across different media platforms.Identify client needs and tailor advertising solutions across print, digital, and event media.Generate revenue by selling advertising space and sponsorships.Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively sourcing and closing deals.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.Collaborate with the internal editorial, marketing, and creative teams to deliver successful client campaigns.Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and management.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Minimum of (insert years) years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a similar role.Strong understanding of digital and print media, with a passion for the industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A proven track record of meeting sales targets.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.Interested candidates may apply by attaching a copy of their CV and one page cover letter.
