Planning Engineer Al Fanary Company, Saudi Arabia Looking for Planning Engineer with 5 years of experience, who is responsible for creating and managing project schedules, ensuring that all project objectives, deadlines, and budget constraints are met. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and identifying potential issues to facilitate the successful completion of projects.Job SpecificationProficiency in using project management tools and Primavera P6 software for creating and managing project schedules.Ability to perform critical path analysis to identify key project milestones and dependencies.Skill in allocating resources efficiently and effectively, considering project requirements and constraints.Knowledge of risk management principles to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the project schedule and budget.Ability to estimate project costs and contribute to budget development.Analytical skills to interpret project data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Skill in managing changes to project scope, schedule, or costs while minimizing disruptions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project information to team members and stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach consensus on project-related decisions.
