In this role, you’ll lead and grow a team of engineers (current team is 6 with plans to double in 2025), working on an advanced B2C2B healthcare platform that empowers healthcare practitioners to streamline their practices and focus on providing exceptional care. What You’ll Do: As the engineering backbone of the company, you'll be responsible for expanding our engineering capabilities to deliver valuable products and functionalities that our customers want. Your leadership will drive continuous technical excellence, elevate product quality, and foster an innovative, forward-thinking culture. - Significant experience in a senior engineering role, with a proven track record of leadership including coaching and mentoring tech teams.
- Strong understanding of microservices and API design.
- Extensive knowledge in architectural design, scaling, feasibility studies, and technical planning.
- Development expertise in JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js, React
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (we use AWS), AWS Lambda (FaaS), Cloudformation and DevOps practices.
- A passion for developing talent, providing mentorship, and fostering team growth.
