JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to join a leading banking client downtown Toronto (2 days/week in office). As a Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for task assignment, maintaining internal workflows, monitoring workloads, tracking project budgets, progress, and timelines. You'll work closely with our entire team to ensure the successful completion of email campaigns. Duties & Responsibilities
- Project setup, task creation, assignment, scheduling, etc.
- Ensure our project management software is up-to-date throughout a project's life cycle.
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members understand their week-to-week task assignments.
- Maintain awareness of our team's progress towards project deliverables.
- Team resourcing and workload monitoring.
- Work with the team to create project plans and schedules.
- Report on project timelines, budgets, forecasts, etc.
- Schedule internal check-ins, reviews, and presentations.
- Identify and manage project risks, contribute to the risk register, and escalate risks to company leadership that cannot be resolved within the team.
- Take the initiative to simplify, improve, or add new helpful processes wherever possible.
- Run point on testing/QA for your email campaigns (using Litmus).
- Analyze the results for all campaigns and journeys - and recommend optimizations based on the data.
- Conduct A/B testing to support email optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and measurement.
- Be an independent contributor who is self-driven and an effective collaborator.
- Have a thorough understanding of data privacy and CASL.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support our Digital Communications Roadmap.
- 2+ years enterprise email experience in a digital marketing environment - managing cross-brand communication.
- Strong preference will be given to those with Adobe Campaign Experience -- but candidates with experience in other enterprise automation platforms will also be considered (Marketo, Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.).
- 2+ years Advanced HTML, CSS experience, with emphasis on email HTML.
- SQL experience is an asset.
- Workflow configuration and optimization experience -- including branching and testing.
- Knowledge of Email testing and QA tools and processes (Litmus or similar).
- Work well independently and as a team; motivated self-starter.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience coordinating and managing projects.
- Previous agency experience.
- Understanding of the email project life cycle.
