We are looking for a Head of Digital Experience to lead the delivery of seamless digital interactions to enhance customer engagement and drive growth. About the role: As a consumer trading superpower, the Head of Digital Experience (Pure Play) is responsible for creating the Digital Consumer Strategy for the pure play DTC beauty brands across the Glocal market, focusing on ANZ, to ensure a quality experience across all digital touchpoints, that results in exceptional brand & commercial outcomes. Reporting to the GM Global DTC this leadership role runs the pure play digital team, owns the profitability of the pure play digital portfolio, to optimise the entire digital operation towards significant growth. Role & Responsibilities: Build glocal Digital Consumer Experience Strategy & Promotional calendar for portfolio of brands, prioritising ANZ markets in line with overall brand, consumer & broader business goals. Champion respective brand essence. Review new technologies with Head of Technology & Innovation, and keep the company at the forefront of developments in ecommerce, digital marketing & consumer experience. Drive efficiency & planning processes that will aid digital delivery, content creation & its organisation. Measure & manage online content. Track & report on Shopify, SEO & analytics data for informed insights & recommendations. Work with Demand Planning to ensure optimised stock holding and ranging to meet sales targets and grow online percentage of total business sales. Skills & Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role, in an e Commerce B2 C/D2 C environment, managing digital platforms. Data-driven, analytical and results oriented, with an appetite for constant testing and optimisation. Experience creating innovative digital/ecommerce strategies & solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and analytical tools. Measurable experience with both creative and analytical digital marketing (EDM, Campaign). Performance marketing capabilities across SEO/SEM and social. A confident communicator and able to influence with integrity the best practice and delivering to KPIs and ROI.
