The future is bright – and we want you to be a part of it. Job Summary Mezza Lebanese Kitchen is in an exciting phase of growth. In this new role and under the guidance of the National Marketing Director, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager of Local Store Marketing to help drive local store marketing initiatives across our franchise network. This role will work closely with the marketing team, and directly with franchisees to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer traffic, and sales within their local communities. Key Responsibilities Franchisee Marketing Support & LSM Planning
- Partner with franchisees to develop customized LSM plans tailored to their market.
- Provide guidance on effective community engagement tactics (e.g., local sponsorships, partnerships, and grassroots marketing).
- Assist new franchisees in preparing for their grand opening, ensuring a strong local market launch.
- Offer strategic marketing recommendations to maximize in-store traffic and sales.
- Identify and create effective local store marketing materials, programs, and templates that meet franchisee needs and adhere to brand standards.
- Develop training resources focused on the best practices for utilizing marketing materials in local initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and gather feedback on the effectiveness of marketing materials and programs, refining them for optimal performance.
- Implement tracking methods to assess the impact of marketing materials on local store sales and customer engagement.
- Establish a franchisee communications portal to provide access to training guides, creative templates, and marketing resources.
- Share LSM best practices and measurable strategies for success with franchisees.
- Review and approve LSM materials generated by franchisees to maintain brand consistency.
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate marketing team, ensuring alignment with national campaigns.
- Identify new marketing opportunities for franchise locations based on market trends and customer insights.
- Train and educate franchisees on effective local marketing strategies to drive repeat business.
- 3+ years of experience in local store marketing, field marketing, or franchise marketing (restaurant/QSR experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of community engagement, local promotions, and event planning.
- Experience working with franchisees or multi-unit operators is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in presenting in person or via the web to a group of store managers and franchisees.
- Ability to analyze data and measure marketing success.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to different franchise locations as needed.
