We’re looking for an Account Supervisor for our Health/Pharma agency client in Toronto . The Account Supervisor will manage the day-to-day execution of multiple projects, ensuring they align with client marketing, communications, and business strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to drive high-quality work while supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Account Management - Oversee client relationships across multiple projects, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling agency services.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, from brand managers to senior marketers.
- Anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations beyond the initial brief.
- Project Oversight & Execution - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Work closely with Project Managers to facilitate effective planning, execution, and knowledge transfer.
- Lead client conversations, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Review project deliverables at all stages, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.
- Strategic & Industry Expertise - Stay informed on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Understand interdependencies between various initiatives and how they contribute to overall business goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including Health Canada guidelines, PAAB codes, and medical/legal review processes .
- 5+ years in account management within a pharma agency environment or client-side experience in a pharmaceutical marketing role.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing , with knowledge of Health Canada regulations, PAAB code, and medical/legal review processes
- Strong written communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications or science fields
