Fertilizing Operator

Job Responsibilities

1. Apply fertilizers accurately based on plantation requirements, ensuring soil and crop nutrients are balanced.
2. Assist in transporting and storing fertilizers, maintaining a clean and safe storage environment.
3. Adhere to company policies and safety standards, ensuring environmental and personnel safety during the fertilization process.
4. Measure and mix fertilizers accurately to meet application requirements.
5. Support other routine plantation tasks, including clearing work areas and maintaining plantation surroundings.
6. Ensure proper handling and storage of fertilizers to prevent wastage or contamination.
7. Collaborate with the team to complete tasks assigned by the company.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Basic educational level; experience in agriculture or related fields is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.
• Familiarity with fertilizer types and application methods is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
